Artist Biography
Born in Cardiff in 1954, British artist P.J. Collins has painted in watercolours since he was a child. After retiring from academia, he finds that he has more time to pursue his love for art. Apart from a few ad-hoc lessons, he is self-taught and adapts his approach according to the subject at hand. He continues to learn from great artists and his influences are many and varied, ranging from J.M.W. Turner to Paul Klee.
