A satirical engraving published by Robert Sayer in 1770. Engraved by James Caldwell after John Collet. A pair of these pictures- An Englishman in Paris and a Frenchman in London published by Sayer were sold in 2004 by Bonhams for £423. Signed in plate. On laid.

Condition

Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and light surface abrasions- including one to the Englishman's nose. Trimmed along plate line.
