Carl Otto Fey (1894-1971) - Signed 20th Century Oil, Alpine Landscape
DescriptionAn impressive oil painting by well listed German artist Carl Otto Fey. The light impasto and dynamic brushstrokes are typical of Fey's expressive style. The alpine subject matter is a particular favourite of the artist, beautifully capturing the pink tones of the distant mountains. Signed. On canvas on stretchers.
There is some discolouration to the varnish along the right edge with some surface dirt across the artwork. Overall the appearance is very good.
60 x 80.5cm (23.6" x 31.7")
