Description
A hand coloured copperplate engraving on laid paper, laid down on card. "View of Moretsburg in Saxony, one of the Hunting Seats of the King of Poland - Vue de Moretzburg en Saxe une of the Maisons de chasse you Roi de Pologne." London, Sayer, 1760. The lettering is fixed to the reverse.Condition
This engraving has been trimmed inside the plate line laid down on card- the letters have been fixed to the reverse and some of the text is missing. The edges have then been painted black. The print itself has some light foxing and discolouration.
