20th Century Gouache - The Bay Of Angels

Description
A beautifully executed gouache painting showing a sunny view over the Bay Of Angels in France. There is a label at the back of the painting with a clipping from a magazine in 1987 (around the time this painting was made) showing the landscape before it was developed in the 21st Century.
The painting has been signed "Meuris" in the lower right hand corner and has been presented in a glazed, gilt frame with and off-white wash-line mount.
On wove.Condition
The painting and frame are in fine condition.
